30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo to maikah0205@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

Email maikah0205@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send instructions. Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
