We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when it's done.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship anything back in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items (such as used cosmetics or serums) cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
